Put yourself at the top of your to-do list
Routines are wonderful, and are great at helping us grow learn heal and flourish, it's important to take inventory of our routines and review what we're doing, and eliminate what we no longer need and replace it with what we need now in order to move forward, as we grow learn and heal so should our self-care and self-love practices.
Forgive and set yourself free. It's like spring cleaning for your heart.~ Angie Karan
Also take a moment or two or as many as needed to forgive yourself for things you wanted to do but didn't or times when you were hard on yourself for not doing one thing or another, when maybe you needed a lil self-compassion, self-kindness and self-encourgement instead.
Forgive yourself for the times you talked mean to yourself, or didn't honor something you said you would do for yourself, or for giving up on some of your New Year's goals/resolutions or for whatever it is that you need to forgive yourself for.
Start fresh. Let go of the should've, could've, and would've. Restart, free from the burden of self-judgment and practice a little self-compassion & self-forgiveness.
Remember, you're human, not perfect🫶
Daylight savings also starts which lengthens the day even more, so adjust your routines accordingly so that they flow and are a blessing, rather than inconvenient or a burden.
Remember your self-care and self-love practices are for YOU, so make sure you're creating habits and routines that embody your true self. You are the only one who truly knows what you need to learn, grow, thrive and flourish!

Friendly Reminder:
you decide what and when you need something, so create your routines to support your needs. You may need a morning routine, or just a night routine or maybe both or maybe you need daily routines that span the entire day. If you already have practices, habits and routines and you're just spring cleaning them, keep this in mind as well, because maybe you no longer need certain practices or habits and it's time to change things up.
If you're just starting out it's important not to take on too much, start with smaller practices and habits and build up to a morning, daily or evening routine. It's usually best to start small and build up, then to start too big and have to take away.
Ultimately having routines in place is a positive healthy experience, so if that's not what you're experiencing than definitely do some spring cleaning to ensure that it is a positive healthy experience.
I hope this spring brings you
