Intentions help you align your energy with what you want to create, attract, and embody. They are less about doing and more about becoming. Here’s a refreshed end-of-year guide to setting intentions with clarity and soul.

Step 1: Reflect + Connect

• Slow down, breathe, and check in with yourself.

• What did this year teach you? What are you ready to release?

• What are you craving more of in 2025?

Step 2: Identify Your Intention

• Ask: “What am I calling in?” “How do I want to feel?”

• Get clear and specific.

• Write your intention in the present tense — as if it’s already your reality.

Step 3: Keep It Positive + Focused

• Focus on what you want, not what you’re avoiding.

• Use empowering, affirming language.

Example: “I welcome nourishing relationships” instead of “I don’t want toxic people.”

Step 4: Add Emotion + Embodiment

• Feel the intention in your body.

• What does it feel like to live this intention fully?

• Let joy, peace, gratitude, or excitement fill you as you visualize it already unfolding.

Step 5: Release + Trust

• Set the intention — then release the how and when.

• Trust that what’s meant for you will find you in perfect timing.

• Practice receiving without force.

Step 6: Reinforce + Revisit

• Repeat your intention during meditation, journaling, or visualization.

• Let it guide your daily choices and mindset.

• Celebrate small signs of progress and synchronicities along the way.

Examples of Intentions

• I am aligned with abundance in all forms.

• I trust myself deeply and honor my inner guidance.

• I am surrounded by love, support, and uplifting energy.

• I welcome growth, creativity, and expansion.

• My body is healthy, energized, and cared for.

Tips + Variations

• Create separate intentions for: personal life, career, love, wellness, spirituality.

• Journal your intentions weekly or pair them with your vision board.

• Share intentions with someone who uplifts and supports your journey.

Setting intentions is an act of self-trust and self-leadership.

By choosing to move forward with clarity and purpose, you are aligning your energy with what truly matters to you.

Let your intentions guide your choices, soften your mindset, and ground you during moments of uncertainty.

Trust that what you’ve set in motion will unfold in ways that support your highest good — often more beautifully than you imagined.
