As we step into May, let's set an intention to tune into our inner wisdom, trust our intuition, and nurture our inner voice. This month, let's focus on cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves and trusting the guidance that comes from within.

Take a few minutes each day to practice mindful listening. Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. As you inhale, listen to the sound of your breath. As you exhale, listen to the silence. Allow yourself to settle into the present moment, and tune into your inner guidance.
Intuition literally means learning from within.
Most of us were not taught how to use this sense, but all of us know well that "gut" feeling. Learn to trust your inner feeling and it will become stronger.
