Fall Mindfulness: Embracing Change and Letting Go

Is anyone else beyond excited to be starting the month of October? The next 3 months and the fall season are my absolute favorite times of year, how about you?

So, I was thinking for this month's intentions, we would focus on mindfulness specifically for this time of year . "Fall Mindfulness: Embracing Change and Letting Go"

By embracing mindfulness, we can cultivate a deeper connection with nature and ourselves, letting go of what no longer serves us.

If we have too many worries, fears, and doubts, we have no room for living and loving. We need to practice letting go.

Don't be afraid of change. Beautiful things can grow when you're willing to let go

This time of year is not just about Halloween, the Holidays, the leaves changing color or the time change, what it's about is the "Season of letting go" when we release and let go, when we unclench our jaws backs hips fists and stop fighting and instead release let go and flow, we invite growth and change .

So for this month let's slow down and be more mindful, let's focus on the things we are ready to release and let go of and let's be present as we step into this season of change, let's embrace the uncertainty wholeheartedly, not without fear, but unwilling to force anything any longer, let us lean into being in the moment, staying present, because that's where everything is we want ❤️ embody mindfulness during fall's transition as we let go of what no longer serves us, let us welcome the beauty of change and growth.
